The Next Dimension Gymnastics competitive team provides dedicated, hardworking gymnasts with the opportunity to reach their potential in a positive, encouraging, and supportive environment.

Our competitive teams are invitation-only and designed for athletes who are ready to pursue gymnastics at a higher level. We offer two competitive pathways for girls gymnasts:

• USA Gymnastics Development Program Levels 6–10
• USA Gymnastics Xcel Program Bronze through Sapphire

Both Programs train 12 months a year and provide athletes with structured coaching, skill development, team experiences, and exciting competition opportunities.

Every gymnast develops differently. Offering both Development Program and Xcel teams allows athletes to pursue the competitive experience that best supports their abilities, goals, and level of commitment.

Our experienced and highly trained coaching staff provides individualized instruction and development while helping each gymnast build confidence, improve skills, and work toward their goals.

Development Program

USA Gymnastics Levels 6–10

The Next Dimension Gymnastics Development Program is an invitation-only competitive program that provides a structured and progressive pathway for female athletes.

The Development Program is governed by USA Gymnastics and is designed to help athletes safely advance through specific skill levels. At Next Dimension Gymnastics, our Development Program includes Levels 6 through 10.

Gymnasts receive year-round training, ongoing evaluation, and competition opportunities that allow them to progress at an appropriate pace. Athletes work toward level-specific skill requirements while developing the strength, discipline, confidence, and performance abilities needed for competitive gymnastics.

Our Development Program is an excellent fit for dedicated athletes who are prepared for a more intensive training and competition experience.

Xcel Program

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire

The Next Dimension Gymnastics Xcel Program is an invitation-only competitive program designed to provide athletes with a flexible yet rewarding gymnastics experience.

Competition begins with the Bronze division and progresses through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire. At each division, gymnasts perform routines that meet the skill requirements established by USA Gymnastics.

The Xcel Program allows athletes to develop and compete while highlighting their individual strengths. It offers a positive team environment, meaningful competition opportunities, and a training structure that supports each gymnast’s personal goals and development.

Our Xcel Program is an excellent option for athletes who want to experience competitive gymnastics through a flexible and progressive pathway.
